We ask for a £50 deposit on booking, and the remainder a month before the holiday. Also a £50 returnable damage deposit ( most conveniently in the form of a separate cheque to be returned at the end of the holiday ). Dogs are welcome ( £20 extra )
Pro-rata rates for shorter than a week breaks in the winter, subject to a minimum charge.
For the Christmas and New Year weeks, those beginning 20th. Dec. & 26th.Dec. we can only offer pro-rata rates in special circumstances due to the demand.
